These guys were amazing… flexible schedule and very punctual.  I expected a $1000+ dollar repair (or you need a new system) but they did the troubleshooting, fixed it, and charged a VERY reasonable rate. I am highly skilled on AC repair and used to fighting with dishonest ac guys this was an completely unexpected change of pace. They definitely have their favorites.
Family ran. I loved working with them for the short time I was there. I learned a lot.

Happy with the thoroughness to quote a difficult job, speed of the quote, and the work of installation crew. Everyone was nice. Since R&R is an approved TVA contractor, I expected them to have guidance on EnergyStar and rebates, but that was lacking.
